Express Employment Professionals is hiring for one of our local clients! We are seeking a motivated individual to make outbound calls to past clients and follow up on existing leads. This role focuses on relationship-building and results-driven follow-up — not cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to past clients
Follow up on warm leads
Support sales goals through consistent outreach
Track conversations and results
What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable and professional on the phone
Reliable and goal-oriented
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Motivated by bonus opportunities
