Steel Standing Seam Operator

Successful steel company is seeking a Standing Seam Operator. (pan former, roof panel roll former) This is a long term opportunity for the right candidate!

 

Starting wage is $25-28/hr and schedule is M-F.

 

Duties:

• set up and program machinery
• read and interpret drawings to ensure accurate fabrication
• perform quality inspections and other precision measuring insturments to verify dimensions
• handle sheet metal, toooling, hand tools for fabrication tasks
• operate cranes and forklifts safely for material handling and movement within workspace
• conduct routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance
• follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

• prior experience operating machinery is required
• knowledge of fabriation processes is preferred/desired
• familiarity with mechanical systems, tooling setup, and quality inspection techniques
• CDL is recommended but not required
