Express Employment Professionals of Everett is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Shipper & Receiver to work as a structural steel shop team member in Arlington, WA. This is a hands-on, full-time role working closely with the shop supervisor in a dynamic and flexible environment.

You will be driving a 26-foot flatbed with 24,000lb capacity. No CDL required. 

Position Details:

• Fulltime, permanent position with benefits
• Schedule:
  • Straight Time: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Overtime every other Saturday, as needed
• Pay: $22–$26 per hour, depending on skills and experience
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required

Shipping & Receiving / Delivery Driving

• Load and unload materials for delivery and shop use
• Drive a non-CDL truck to deliver materials to surrounding cities and Eastern WA
• Operate forklifts & overhead cranes 
• Stage and transport materials for fabrication and production
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fabrication
• Forklift & overhead crane experience required 
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
