Express Employment Professionals is seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and organized Customer Service Representatives to assist customers with paperwork related to automotive titles and accidents for a client in the East Windsor area. The ideal associate will have at least 2 years of consistent experience in a customer service role, ideally in an office setting. 

Pay: $20.50/hr NOT on a bus line

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Temp to hire position!

Responsibilities: 

• Assist customers with questions and concerns regarding car titles and power of attorney (POA) documents
• Day-to-day operations regarding clerical work
• Work with others to ensure operations run efficiently 
• Scanning and filing of all paperwork

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience with Customer Service 
• Ability to multitask and work in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
