Parts Inventory Administrator

A Michigan-based company is seeking a Tool & Die Machinist for their Wixom location.

What you’ll be doing as the Parts Inventory Administrator

• Manage warehouse parts inventory, overseeing approximately $2M in assets across nearly 2,000 active part numbers

• Coordinate inventory logistics, including receiving, scanning, system updates, and accurate storage of parts

• Perform daily cycle counts, investigate variances, and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accuracy

• Ensure inventory control processes support operational efficiency and minimize loss or downtime

What we look for in a Parts Inventory Administrator

• 3+ years of experience in inventory management, purchasing, and/or accounting

• Experience using ERP systems and performing regular cycle counts

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Additional information for the Parts Inventory Administrator

• $50k-$60k salary
• Monday-Friday, 8:am – 5pm
• Ann Arbor, MI
