Our client in North Hollywood is seeking a Quality Receiving Inspector Position! 

Starting Pay $20/ph Increase to $21/ph after 6 months.

Shift 6AM-2:30PM

Summary:
The Quality Receiving Inspector supports the Quality team by performing incoming inspections of raw materials, packaging components, and finished goods to ensure compliance with internal specifications, SOPs, and applicable cosmetic GMP standards. This is an entry-level role with training provided.  

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SHIPPING AND REVEIVING 

Key Responsibilities:
•    Perform visual and documentation inspections of incoming materials and components
•    Verify COAs, lot numbers, quantities, and labeling accuracy against purchase orders and specifications
•    Record inspection results accurately using spreadsheets and internal logs (electronic and paper)
•    Follow SOPs and work instructions in a GMP manufacturing environment
•    Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming materials and notify Quality personnel
•    Maintain inspection and receiving areas in a clean, organized, and compliant condition
•    Bilingual preferred, but if not, ability to read English is required. 
•    Previous Quality experience is great, but not required. 
•    Experience in Shipping & Receiving at least would be great.

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or equivalent
•    Entry-level candidates encouraged; prior experience in QC, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing is a plus
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
•    Basic computer skills required (data entry, spreadsheets, scanning documents)
•    Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

Schedule:
•    Full-time, onsite (manufacturing facility)
