We are seeking a reliable Window Laborer to join our production team. This role involves assembling window frames, assisting with manufacturing tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the process. Candidates should be comfortable using basic hand tools and following step-by-step assembly instructions. Training is provided.
Key Duties:
Assemble and fit window frame components
Use hand tools safely and efficiently
Inspect materials and finished units for accuracy
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures on the production floor
Requirements:
Ability to lift 40–50 lbs
Comfortable standing throughout the shift
Experience with hand tools preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
