Production Associate - Special Carton Repackaging Project

About This Project

We're seeking 3 reliable production associates for a special carton repackaging project. This assignment involves sorting and transferring approximately 1 million cartons (4,000 cases total) that require repackaging for our customer. This is a project-based assignment that will continue until all work is completed.

Primary Responsibilities

• Transfer 250 cartons from one case to another
• Lift and handle cases weighing approximately 35 lbs every 10 minutes
• Stack cases 5-6 high while maintaining stability
• Build stable bases (tables) with crates to start each stack
• Safely and efficiently repackage goods throughout the project
• Average productivity: 5 cases per hour

Work Schedule

Training Period (First Two Weeks):
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Regular Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
30-minute lunch break

Candidates must be available for day shift training during the first two weeks before transitioning to night shift.

Physical Requirements

This position requires:

• Bending, twisting, and reaching throughout the shift
• Lifting 35 lbs approximately every 10 minutes
• Standing for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks

Candidates must be willing and able to perform these essential functions.

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Comfortable with physical labor and repetitive tasks
• Must be available for day shift training (first two weeks)
