Location: Payson, Utah

Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time Day Shift Monday - Thursday four ten-hour shifts

 

We are seeking an experienced Blender Operator to join our manufacturing team in Payson, Utah. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience operating blending equipment in a GMP-regulated environment and a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor blending equipment according to SOPs and GMP standards

• Accurately weigh, measure, and blend raw materials per batch records

• Perform equipment setup, cleaning, and changeovers

• Complete batch documentation and production logs accurately

• Conduct in-process checks to ensure proper blend uniformity

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work area

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a blender operator required

• Working knowledge of GMP compliance

• Ability to follow written procedures and batch records

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift materials and work in a production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
