Starting Pay: $17.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time day shift Monday - Thursday four ten-hour shifts

 

We are seeking an experienced Encapsulation Operator to join our manufacturing team in Payson, Utah. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience operating encapsulation equipment in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor encapsulation machinery according to SOPs and GMP standards

• Perform setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting

• Accurately document batch records and production data

• Conduct in-process quality checks to ensure product consistency

• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant production area

• Follow all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as an encapsulation operator required

• Strong working knowledge of GMP compliance

• Ability to read and follow written procedures and batch records

• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
