The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, production planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products while maintaining quality standards and supporting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service levels

• Oversee procurement, supplier selection, contract negotiation, and vendor performance management

• Plan and manage inventory levels to meet demand while minimizing excess and obsolescence

• Coordinate production planning and demand forecasting in collaboration with sales and operations teams

• Manage logistics, transportation, and distribution operations to ensure on-time delivery

• Monitor supply chain KPIs and prepare reports on performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier disruptions and capacity constraints

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies

• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

• Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain team members
