Role Overview:

As an E-commerce Fraud Prevention Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the integrity of transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and prevent fraudulent orders, ensuring the security of our business and maintaining the trust of our customers. You will analyze flagged orders meticulously, connecting disparate pieces of information to determine their authenticity. Additionally, you will oversee the processing of refunds for returned products, reinforcing our commitment to service excellence.
