Machine Operator - Food Processing Facility

Schedule: 3 - 4 day work weeks with set shifts

 Full-Time, Temp to Hire

Location: McMinnville

Day Shift (5:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

Shift 1: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 3: Every other Wednesday – Saturday

Night Shift (5:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Shift 2: Sunday – every other Wednesday

Shift 4: Every other Wednesday – Saturday

 Wage: Day $20.63/hour Night shift $23.13/hour

Production Machine Operator

We’re seeking a Production Machine Operator to run and maintain machinery, ensuring safe and efficient production of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and set up production machines

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections

• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment as needed

• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and all safety protocols

• Document production activities and report deviations

• Collaborate with team members to optimize processes

• Participate in training to improve skills and stay updated

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to read technical manuals and production documents in English

• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, flexible hours, and overtime as needed

• Knowledge of food safety practices and GMPs
