Heavy Equipment Operator - Skidsteer

Express Employment Professionals of Windsor-Hartford is seeking an experienced Skid Steer Driver to join a team. The role involves operating a skid steer to move cars around a large lot and storing them in the proper locations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience driving a skid steer or other heavy equipment. This is an all-weather job; associates must be prepared to work in rain, snow, cold, and heat.  

Job Location: Windsor, CT

Salary: $21/hr 

Shift: 1st shift / 8:00AM-5PM Mon-Fri

Temp to hire position

Qualifications:

• Must be able to operate heavy equipment
• Must have prior forklift, bobcat or similar experience! 
• Must be comfortable with moving heavy loads safely through the yard
• Prior work experience is a must (2+ yrs of solid work history)
• Must take a drug test & background check

Responsibilities:

• Using a skid-steer daily, moving cars around a car lot
• Loading & unloading trucks, car carriers and flatbeds
• Moving car and truck inventory around a large car lot
• Work independently
