Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility during campus events)

Pay Range: $46,406 – $69,609 annually
Compensation is based on experience and qualifications, with consideration for internal equity and growth opportunities.


Job Summary

The Bank Branch Supervisor leads daily branch operations while driving aggressive sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for motivating staff to exceed sales goals, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring strict compliance with banking regulations and internal policies. The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between frontline staff and branch management, setting the tone for a high-performance, sales-driven culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate tellers and customer service representatives to consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales and referral targets
  • Drive branch growth through proactive customer engagement, cross-selling, and relationship-building initiatives
  • Monitor and ensure accurate transaction processing in compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Maintain oversight of cash handling, vault controls, and branch security
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, converting challenges into retention and sales opportunities
  • Conduct operational reporting, audits, and compliance reviews to ensure branch integrity
  • Train, coach, and evaluate staff with a strong focus on sales effectiveness, accountability, and performance improvement
  • Support branch-level sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs
  • Open and close the branch as required and act as manager-on-duty when assigned

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2–4 years of banking experience, including supervisory or leadership exposure
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a retail banking environment
  • Strong knowledge of retail banking operations, loan origination, cash handling, and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and hold teams accountable in a high-volume, goal-driven setting
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in banking systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience with cross-selling, relationship management, and people leadership required
