Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating as directed by kitchen staff.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, storage areas, and equipment.

  • Receive, unpack, and store deliveries properly.

  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

  • Support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen or BOH role preferred, but not required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude.

  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
