What You’ll Do
As Operations Manager, you’ll oversee the heartbeat of the business: people, processes, and execution.
Core Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize daily operational activities including crew scheduling, dispatch, warehouse logistics, and equipment readiness

Recruit, train, coach, and supervise movers and drivers to maintain high professional standards, safety compliance, and exceptional customer experiences

Act as the primary problem-solver for employee challenges, conflicts, and performance issues while maintaining accountability and morale

Design, implement, and refine processes that drive efficiency, quality control, and continuous improvement

Collaborate closely with ownership to align operations with business strategy, growth goals, and customer expectations

Monitor operational metrics and adjust workforce and asset allocation to maximize profitability and service quality
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in moving, logistics, or field service operations management (white-glove or premium service experience strongly preferred)

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate teams and resolve conflict effectively

Process-oriented mindset with experience building systems that improve productivity and consistency

Excellent organizational and communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
