Position Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming environment.

Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing.

Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications courteously.

Maintain accurate records and manage front desk operations.

Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to meet guest needs.

Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with hotel management software is a plus.
