We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Grave Shift Shipping Lead to oversee overnight shipping operations. This role ensures accurate order fulfillment, timely shipments, and smooth coordination of warehouse activities during graveyard hours. If you have leadership experience in shipping or logistics and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this opportunity is a great fit.

Job Duties:

• Lead and supervise overnight shipping staff to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Coordinate order picking, packing, and staging for outbound shipments
• Ensure all shipments are prepared correctly and meet carrier requirements
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to maintain efficiency during the shift
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized shipping area
• Complete shipping documentation and update inventory or tracking systems
• Communicate shift performance, issues, and handoff details to management
