We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on the 3rd shift. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to minimize downtime.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work overnight hours and occasional weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in various environments (heat, cold, noise).
- Standing, bending, and walking for extended periods.
