Salary: $10.50 per hour

Kitchen Helper – $10.50/hr | San Juan, TX

We’re seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helpers to join a busy food production facility in San Juan, TX.

Pay: $10.25 per hour with overtime available (average 40–60 hours per week).
Schedule: Monday–Saturday, starting at 5:30 AM until closing (typically 4–6 PM, may vary). Sunday availability may occasionally be required.

Job Duties:

• Stand for long periods of time in a fast-paced kitchen/production environment

• Move, stack, and pack product and materials

• Mix ingredients and operate basic machinery

• Wash pans, trays, and maintain a clean work area

• Assist with general production and packaging tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Must be flexible with schedule and available for overtime

• Able to work mornings or afternoon shifts

• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Must be dependable and able to perform physical tasks throughout the shift
