Express Employment is seeking a Manual Machine Operator for a company in Davenport, IA!

Responsibilities of the Manual Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate manual machine equipment (e.g., mills, lathes, drill presses, grinders)
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Measure and inspect parts using precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain tight tolerances and quality standards
• Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Identify and troubleshoot machining issues
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Document production and inspection results as required

Requirements of the Manual Machine Operator:

• High school diploma or GED (technical training preferred)
• 2+ years of experience operating manual machining equipment (preferred)
• Strong blueprint reading and math skills
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Compensation & Schedule details for the Manual Machine Operator:

• Full-Time
• Working 1^st shift Monday -Friday
• $22.00-$25.00/hour
