Job Duties: 

• Order entry from online orders, walk in orders and sales rep orders
• QuickBooks 
• Order products for stock and special orders 
• Create work orders
• Answer multi-phone line 
• Invoicing 

Requirements: 

• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills
• Bilingual 
• Able to multi-task 
• Proficient with QuickBooks 
• Experience using multi-phone line
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds at times 
• Able to sit for long periods of time 

Work Schedule: 8am to 4pm Monday - Friday
