Accounts Receivable Analyst

Express Employment Professionals is recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst for one of our valued clients. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who thrives in a high-volume environment, values accuracy and integrity, and brings strong technical and Excel skills to their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer invoices accurately and efficiently in a high-volume AR environment
• Collect payments and follow up on outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Apply adjustments and credit memos as required
• Investigate and resolve invoice and billing issues
• Organize and maintain supporting documentation, including receipts and correspondence
• Record and reconcile bank transactions in SAGE
• Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a general accounting role
• Proven experience handling high-volume AR and collections
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time-management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong aptitude for working with numbers, formulas, and financial data
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity, and values alignment when handling sensitive information
• College diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent training and relevant work experience
• Experience with accounting and ERP systems such as SAGE, SAP, QuickBooks, and/or in-house software
• Advanced Excel skills required, including: VLOOKUP / INDEX-MATCH, Pivot tables, Basic formulas and data analysis

Schedule:   Monday–Friday  8:00am-5:00pm

Compensation: $21.63/hour
