Job Description:
We are seeking a Warehouse Prep Worker to join our team in Knoxville, TN. This role is responsible for preparing bins for overnight order pickers, ensuring all bins are properly assembled and ready for use. The position also supports general warehouse operations including shipping, staging, and storage to maintain efficient product flow from vendor receipt to customer shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare bins by assembling and opening them for order pickers.

• Perform warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, shipping, and staging.

• Support efficient product flow from receipt to shipment while adhering to SOPs.

Expected Results:

• Bins are organized and ready for use each shift.

• Orders are accurately processed and shipped on time.

• Warehouse operations run smoothly with minimal errors.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Standing, bending, and repetitive tasks for extended periods.

Equipment Used:

• Bins, totes, and storage containers.

• Material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, dollies, or carts.

• Handheld scanners or automated picking equipment as needed.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Warehouse experience preferred but not required.

• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
