Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and safety-minded Pellet Mill Operator to join a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. This position is responsible for operating pellet mill equipment, monitoring production processes, and ensuring product quality while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. All shifts are available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor pellet mill machinery and related equipment

• Adjust machine settings to maintain proper pellet quality and production flow

• Perform routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of equipment

• Monitor temperatures, pressures, and material flow throughout the process

• Record production data and report any mechanical or quality issues

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements

• Assist with preventative maintenance and shutdown/startup procedures as needed

• Work closely with maintenance and production teams to meet daily goals

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in manufacturing, mill operations, or industrial equipment preferred

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

• Ability to work all shifts, including nights and weekends if scheduled

• Strong attention to safety and quality standards

• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work in a production environment

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
