Contract Administrator

 

Tualatin Client of ours is seeking a Contract Administrator to support their growing sales and operations team. This role focuses on accurate order processing, compliance, and customer communication in a fast-paced environment. #1939OS

 

Location: Tualatin, OR


Pay Rate: $28.00 – $30.00/hour (DOE)


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flex start between 6–8 AM; 8-hour shift)—Friday work-from-home option.


Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift Evaluation-to-Hire.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Review customer contracts/purchase orders for compliance with company terms and conditions.
  • Obtain and process customer credit information as needed.
  • Assist Sales Account Executives with obtaining necessary documents from customers.
  • Enter sales orders in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Participate in compliance review and release of customer orders to production.
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status.
  • Maintain resale and project-specific exempt certificates.
  • Collect and process preliminary job documentation.
  • Maintain Quotes database and sales-related fields in Axapta.
  • Support finance, operations, shipping, and sales teams with administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, order processing, or related administrative roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of contract compliance, terms and conditions, and ability to review purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Siteline) and working knowledge of GAAP standards for order entry.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, shipping, and sales teams.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience in maintaining databases and documentation.
  • Preferred: Background in credit processing and compliance reviews.
