Position Overview:
• Front-counter customer service role supporting electrical contractors and walk-in customers
• Sales-focused position with light warehouse and inventory support (approximately 25%)
• Long-term opportunity with growth potential into outside sales and a professional career path
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service, process sales, answer phones, and handle transactions accurately
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counts, unloading deliveries, and stocking conduit and materials by hand
• Use computers and RF scanners to enter sales orders, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records

Physical & Skill Requirements (Summary):
This role requires strong customer service and sales experience, comfort working with construction professionals, accuracy with numbers, and the ability to stay organized. Associates must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for most of the shift, lift up to 50 lbs as needed, climb ladders to pull materials, read size tags accurately, and put inventory away in the correct location. No forklift operation required.
