We are currently seeking candidates for a Marketing Specialist role with our client, a manufacturing company in Middleton.

We are looking for candidates with mid to senior level marketing experience.  In this role, you will act as a one-person marketing department, with support from other departments and leaders.

 

Responsibilities

• Research and monitor industry trends, competitors, and marketing opportunities.
• Support website projects, updates, and related digital initiatives.
• Lead outbound and inbound marketing efforts, including content creation, optimization, and editing.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies on special projects and strategic goals.
• Plan and manage trade show participation — logistics, booth design, setup, and post-show follow-up.
• Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, web traffic) to refine strategies.
• Conduct market and product research to identify new opportunities and applications.
• Write and edit marketing content for blog, email, and print materials.
• Manage SEO, Google Ads, PPC, retargeting, and other digital marketing efforts.
• Partner with the sales team on channel development (distributors, resellers, and online sales).
• Develop videos and other digital media to promote products and capabilities.
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience.
• B2B, industrial, and product-based marketing experience required 
• Proven experience in digital marketing, including SEO and social media.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret metrics and turn insights into action.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

 

Schedule: Full-time in office role

 

Pay: Based on experience
