Our recruiting team is hiring Temporary Warehouse Workers to support a company located in Waverly, NE. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work and takes pride in doing things the right way.

Job Summary

As a Warehouse Worker, you’ll support all aspects of warehouse prep and application work, including hand‑tool prep, material handling, packaging, and forklift operation. You’ll work in a fast‑paced production environment where reliability, teamwork, and attention to detail are valued every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform warehouse and general labor tasks
  • Operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Move products with truck/tractor equipment
  • Perform prep work using hand and power tools
  • Identify quality control issues
  • Package completed materials
  • Maintain clean work areas and follow all safety procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Show up on time and ready to work consistently

Requirements

  • Prior warehouse, laborer, or shop‑floor experience required
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Basic hand and power tool knowledge required
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Demonstrate reliability and punctuality
  • Contribute to a tight-knit, team-based environment
  • Bring a consistent positive attitude each day
