Overview:
This role serves as a central point of contact for customers, delivering a best-in-class experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment. The position is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the equipment rental and service process, while building strong operational relationships and ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and quality throughout each interaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process all inbound customer requests in a timely and accurate manner

• Track customer interactions and service details within a CRM system

• Build and maintain strong operational relationships to drive retention and revenue growth

• Upsell and cross-sell solutions while delivering excellent customer service

• Proactively identify customer needs or challenges and collaborate internally to resolve issues

• Contribute to continuous process improvements and operational efficiency

• Meet established performance metrics related to response time, quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Knowledge of heavy machine or construction equipment

• 1–3 years of customer service or sales experience

• High school diploma or GED required (degree or equivalent experience preferred)

• Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar preferred)

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
