What You’ll Do

• Advise and assist clients with real estate transactions, contract review, and related legal matters
• Handle probate and estate planning cases, including drafting wills, trusts, and associated documents
• Conduct legal research and provide strategic guidance to clients and senior attorneys
• Manage cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements
• Prepare legal documents, maintain accurate case files, and communicate effectively with clients

What You Bring

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Montana
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred (exceptional entry‑level candidates considered)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
