Express Employment is hiring Production/Packaging Associates for a client in the Batavia NY area.

In this role, you will operate or assist with production equipment, package finished products, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain manufacturing and packaging equipment
• Inspect products for quality and ensure correct packaging and labeling
• Follow all safety and quality standards and company procedures
• Assist with material handling, inventory, and basic machine maintenance
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or packaging experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
