Materials Processing Operator

• First Shift, Flex Hours, 6a – 2:30p, 7a – 3:30p

Duties:

• Load and unload ball mills according to job specifications
• Operate and monitor sifting equipment to ensure material quality
• Blend materials once milling and sifting processes are complete
• Work on multiple jobs simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate workflow and production needs
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a background check, credit check, pre-employment physical, respirator fit test, and drug screening, THC not included in screening process
• Reliable attendance and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic knowledge of operating procedures and production equipment
• Ability to accurately complete reports and maintain production records
• Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment and standing for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with production staff and security
• Willing and able to wear a respirator for the majority of the shift
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience operating large industrial machinery – preferred not required
• Mechanical aptitude – preferred not required
• Previous precious metals experience – preferred not required
• Forklift certification – preferred not required
