Process Technician

Express Employment is working with a local manufacturing company seeking an experienced Injection Molding Machine Setup Technician to join their team!

This role is responsible for setting up and preparing injection molding presses to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates a strong commitment to safety, quality, and meeting production schedules.

Job Responsibilities

• Set up and prepare plastic injection molding presses using a variety of molds and resins
• Perform multiple machine setups efficiently while maintaining strict safety and quality standards
• Operate and work with various injection molding machines, including but not limited to Arburg, Engel, Cincinnati, Sumitomo, VanDorn/Demag, and Toshiba
• Troubleshoot setup issues to minimize downtime and maintain production flow
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Skills & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in injection molding machine setup
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
