The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of garment construction and sewing techniques, contributing to the timely delivery of finished products.

Duties

• Operate sewing machines accurately to assemble various garment components according to specifications
• Follow detailed sewing instructions and production guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
• Inspect finished pieces for defects, irregularities, or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets while maintaining safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety in the manufacturing process
• Support quality control procedures by checking finished products against quality standards

Skills

• Proven experience in sewing techniques
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for understanding inventory flow and material handling
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
• Physical stamina and dexterity necessary for repetitive sewing tasks over extended periods
