We’re looking for an organized, personable, and driven Concierge Salon Manager to run daily operations, lead leasing efforts, and cultivate a positive, professional salon community. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role with real influence on business growth and tenant success.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leasing, Sales & Retention

• Lease private salon suites to qualified beauty professionals

• Manage leads, follow-ups, and a strong leasing pipeline

• Conduct professional tours and confidently present suite features

• Build lasting relationships that support long-term tenant retention

Community & Client Experience

• Create a welcoming, upbeat, and professional atmosphere

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants

• Support a positive, collaborative salon culture

• Greet guests and assist with day-to-day needs

Operations & Administration

• Answer calls and emails promptly and professionally

• Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports

• Collect weekly rent and manage delinquent accounts

• Maintain accurate records and send notices when needed

Facilities & Brand Presence

• Coordinate maintenance requests and oversee cleanliness of common areas

• Manage office and cleaning supply inventory

• Perform light housekeeping as needed

• Create and post weekly social media content to promote leasing and brand visibility

Additional Support

• Assist Area and Corporate Management with special projects as needed

Who We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience

• Salon, spa, hospitality, or property management experience

• Leasing, sales, or customer service background

Schedule

• Tuesday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Sunday & Monday: Off

Reliability and punctuality are essential, as this role manages the location independently.
