Leasing Office Administrator:

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Leasing Office Administrator to support daily operations in a fast-paced leasing and property management office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, customer interaction, and keeping an office organized and running smoothly. You will serve as a key support partner to leasing agents, property managers, and residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet prospective and current residents in person, by phone, and via email

  • Assist with leasing paperwork, applications, renewals, and resident files

  • Maintain accurate records in property management software and filing systems

  • Schedule appointments, tours, and follow-up communications

  • Process rent payments, invoices, and basic billing documentation

  • Support move-in/move-out coordination and resident communications

  • Handle general office duties including data entry, document preparation, and supply management

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, office, or leasing experience preferred

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; property management software a plus

  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a professional office setting

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework a plus
