Are you organized, people-focused, and passionate about helping others start new careers? We’re looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our high-energy recruiting agency and support candidates as they begin their employment journey!
Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday–FridayPay: $18.00/hour
Location: Wilmington, OH
What You’ll Be Doing:
Guide new hires through onboarding paperwork and employment requirements
Verify documentation and ensure compliance with company and client policies
Maintain accurate records using internal databases and digital filing systems
Communicate with candidates and clients to confirm start details and schedules
Support the recruiting team with daily administrative tasks and candidate follow-up
What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Confident communication skills – both written and verbal
Comfortable using computer systems and online platforms
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment
Previous experience in HR, staffing, or administrative support is a plus!
