Account Managers:

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will build strong partnerships, identify client needs, and deliver solutions that drive satisfaction, retention, and growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and needs assessments

• Manage client accounts, contracts, renewals, and service issues with professionalism and urgency

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to support business growth

• Track account activity, performance metrics, and client interactions in CRM systems

• Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and leadership

• Resolve client concerns while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, sales, or client services

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Workspace

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines
