Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is seeking reliable General Laborers/Assemblers to join a team in Ponder, TX that designs and builds prefabricated metal shelters & cabinets. This role involves hands-on work, including assembly, material handling, and general warehouse tasks. 

Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: 6:00a-4:30p

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble metal shelters according to specifications.
• Safely transport assembled shelters and components throughout the warehouse.
• Accurately read and interpret tape measurements for assembly tasks.
• Use basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills) to complete assembly work.
• Perform general labor duties, including lifting, moving, and organizing materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and their proper use.
• Physical ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Some construction experience preferred.
• Previous experience in assembly or warehouse work is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

• Indoor warehouse setting.
• Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
