About the Role
You will play a crucial part in the metal casting process. Working with cutting-edge machinery, witness molten metal being poured into molds, and shape the final castings.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working directly in the metal casting process
• Handling and finishing cooled castings
• Using tools and equipment to grind, cut, and clean parts
• Performing basic math and measurements to ensure accuracy
• Inspecting parts to meet quality and safety standards
• Lifting, moving, and working on your feet throughout the shift
• Following all safety procedures in a hot industrial environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in construction or manual labor would be a golden ticket.
• Strong basic math skills (measurements, counting, calculations)
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and demanding labor
• We are looking for folks who show up ready to conquer the day with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass:
  - Drug screen
  - 5-year background check
  - Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)

Pay & Union Benefits: 

• $26.00/hour starting wage
• After 60 working days (probationary period):
  - Union pay increases
  - Full union benefits
  - Long-term job stability and career growth
