Production Supervisor

Located in Gresham, OR

Salary: $25-30/HR DOE

 

Production Supervisor – Portland, OR

Overview:
Responsible for the daily production operation and continual efficiency improvement efforts within the plant. Ensure adequate staffing levels, constant monitoring of labor production, and inventory control. Communicates daily with customer service department staff. Ensures fill rates and delivery times are on schedule. Responsible for daily communication with employees and solving complaint/concern issues. Participate in interviews, discipline and coaching, and employee evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares work schedules for production employees in assigned departments

• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

• Guide and coach employees, monitor their productivity with documentation

• Detect Production issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

• Delegate production work duties as needed

Pay Rate:
$25-30/HR

Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Qualifications:

• Bi-lingual a plus

• Good communication skills - written and verbal

• High school diploma or general education preferred

• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.

• Able to perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

• Production Supervisor experience required
