Production Operator in Clinton Township

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:20 PM

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Optional Saturday OT: 6:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are hiring Production Operators for a wood door manufacturing facility that produces commercial doors for hospitals, hotels, and restaurants. Candidates must be dependable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn multiple areas of production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed materials through sanders and saws while maintaining quality standards.

• Operate power tools, including nail guns, safely and accurately.

• Perform quality inspections to identify defects and ensure product accuracy.

• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.

• Assist in saw operation, inventory, shipping & receiving, and general production support.

• Operate Hi-Lo (forklift) as needed (training provided if applicable).

• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Cross-train and move between departments as production needs change.

Qualifications:

• Must pass a measurement test.

• Familiarity with power tools and nail guns required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work well with others in a team-based environment.

• Mechanically inclined and eager to learn new processes.

• Reliable transportation required.

• No attendance issues during the first 90 days.
