Paralegal – Residential Real Estate 

Northshore | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Pay: $28 per hour 

A busy real estate law office specializing in residential closings is seeking a Paralegal to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys client interaction, and takes pride in keeping complex transactions running smoothly. This is a Direct Hire opportunity.

Real Estate, Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

• Manage communication with clients, lenders, agents, and vendors
• Perform extensive follow-up via phone and email
• Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Support the attorney with closing preparation and coordination

Real Estate, Paralegal Qualifications:

• Experience in residential real estate closings
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and customer service
• Proficient in SmokeBall software
• Professional, deadline-driven, and team-oriented
