SMT Operator – 2nd Shift

Shift Schedule:

• Sunday – Tuesday: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

• Wednesday: 6:00 PM – 12:30 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable SMT Operator to support second-shift production. This role is responsible for operating SMT equipment, monitoring quality, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Attention to detail and mechanical awareness are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.

• Operate SMT machinery and demonstrate understanding of machine functions.

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety guidelines.

• Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support production needs.

Qualifications:

• Prior SMT or machine operation experience preferred.

• Mechanically inclined with the ability to understand equipment functions.

• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

• Ability to work independently on 2nd shift with minimal supervision.

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
