Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM

• Must be available Monday through Sunday and open to being scheduled as needed

• Expected 30–40 hours per week

Pay Rate:

• $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced 2nd Shift Line Cook to support a fast-paced kitchen operation. The ideal candidate will be reliable, flexible with scheduling, and comfortable working evening and late-night hours while maintaining quality and consistency in food preparation.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work station

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

• Work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen environment

• Assist with prep work, stocking, and closing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of line cook experience

• Ability to work evenings and late nights (5:00 PM – 1:00 AM)

• Open availability Monday through Sunday

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

• Dependable and punctual
