$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Monday Friday 8:00am-5:00pm some OT

 

A growing restoration company in the city of Cerritos is looking for a dependable and professional Administrative Coordinator to support our restoration operations from job start to completion. This role plays a key part in coordinating job documentation, processing invoices, tracking billing details, and ensuring jobs are billed correctly to the appropriate parties (insurance, adjusters, property owners, or vendors). Administrative Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Track restoration jobs from intake through completion
  • Prepare and process invoices based on job details and documentation
  • Ensure accurate billing to the correct parties (insurance carriers, adjusters, property owners, etc.)
  • Maintain job files, contracts, estimates, and supporting documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams, project managers, and vendors regarding job status and billing needs
  • Assist with follow-ups on submitted invoices and required documentation
  • Update job and billing information in internal systems
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed

 

Administrative Coordinator Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Experience with invoicing, billing coordination, or job tracking preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and office software
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience in restoration, construction, or property services is a plus (not required)
