Property Maintenance Technician

This position is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of residential or commercial properties. Job Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment to identify and resolve maintenance issues
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and service calls
• Prepare units for occupancy, including repairs, painting, and cleaning coordination
• Maintain HVAC systems and replace filters as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and property regulations
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and inspections
