Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $17.50 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented pH Tester to join our team in the West Jefferson area. This role is responsible for testing product batches, accurately communicating results, and supporting daily production activities. You will work closely with a small, friendly team in a collaborative environment with regular job rotation throughout the day.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pH testing on product batches according to established procedures

• Accurately call out pH readings for data entry

• Maintain attention to detail to ensure accurate results

• Rotate through various job duties throughout the day to support team workflow

• Understand production priorities and anticipate when batches will be ready for testing (batches remain in a hot room for 7 days prior to testing)

• Empty trash and maintain a clean work area (walking may be required)

• Stack boxes and assist with general material handling

• Safely operate a pallet jack

• Lift and move materials up to 25 lbs as needed

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Clear and effective verbal communication skills

• Ability to work closely with a small team (3 other team members)

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours (chairs are available; much of the work is performed seated at a table)

• Friendly, positive demeanor and strong teamwork skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workflow expectations
